You're Not Out of Ideas. You're Out of Confidence.

Every podcaster hits a wall at some point.
You sit down to record and nothing feels good enough.
Nothing feels interesting enough.
Nothing feels worth saying.
Here's the thing about that wall: It's almost never actually about ideas. It's about confidence in the ideas you already have.
The topics that feel too simple to cover are often the most valuable ones. Because you're so deep in your expertise that you've completely lost sight of what it was like not to know what you know. The things that feel basic to you are genuine revelations to someone just entering your world.
Your client questions are the most obvious place to start when you feel stuck.
Somebody asked you something this week. That question is an episode. If one person in your audience was wondering it, fifty more were too, they just didn't ask.
Sales objections are another underused goldmine.
Every time a prospect tells you it costs too much or they're not sure if it's the right time, that's an episode waiting to be recorded. Not a sales pitch disguised as content but a genuine, honest exploration of the thing that's actually holding people back.
And if all else fails, ask.
Post on LinkedIn and tell your audience you're looking for episode ideas. You'll be surprised how generous people are when you invite them into the process.
The block isn't a lack of content. It's a lack of trust in what you already have. Start there.
